Directorate of Health and family Welfare, Nagaland and Nagaland Health Project are working together to improve the Health Care Services in Nagaland. In this context an important effort is to digitise the health Human Resources in the state at all level of Health Facilities.

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a comprehensive web and mobile based application to manage all human resources working under the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare (DoHFW), Nagaland Health Project (NHP), National Health Mission (NHM), and Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS) .

The HRIS will require all the state health employees to be registered into the system and their related HR transactions or service cases shall be updated on an ongoing basis and the system subsequently will be integrated with other information systems such as the HR payroll, leave and other applicable state, department, and national online applications.
