This is a mobile app in support of the REVEAL B Study. You will only be able to login and utilize this mobile application if you have been contacted and received an email invitation to register. This application is brought to you by iTakeControl.

The app will provide you with a secure login to the study, reminders of when it's time to submit data and surveys to submit your responses. You will also be able to securely capture and submit videos through the app.
