The TClarke You See You Say App allows our people on site to identify a
safety hazard, say what they see, take a photo using their smartphone and
say what they think should be done to deal with the safety hazard. The app
automatically saves all these details as a report and allows the operative
to send it in direct to the local safety team so that it can be dealt with
immediately.

The App is a step forward in safety hazard reporting, making it easier,
