TPM-Predictive maintenance mobile app is a tool for logging machine’s health data to a cloud-based portal. Managers can assign sequential benchmarked inspection tasks to multiple users to monitor equipment’s health and alarms and get early signals before a breakdown occurs.

Users are intimated as per schedule to carry out inspections in a defined sequence called “Routes”. Scanning QR to begin inspection, tracks compliance and makes predictive maintenance very simple. As a unique feature, the inspectors are intimated of the hand-held tools requirement required to carry out specific route. If any of the equipment is not accessible at the time of inspection, the inspector has flexibility of skipping it mentioning a specified “Skip Reason”
