With a simple onboarding process, teams can easily join our platform and search for other teams to compete with. Our algorithm matches teams of similar skill levels, with added features that include referees and match officials. The platform provides coaches and administrators with convenience and ease of use for managing their teams. Every team on TeamSink can onboard effortlessly, define its skill level, find a referee, and be matched with a suitable team to play against.

RefereeSync is an integrated application within TeamSink that allows referees, umpires, and game officials to sign up independently of local assignors. Any properly credentialed referee can immediately offer their services once a team selects a match requiring officials. Our simple onboarding process enables referees to start working in minutes.

Our research shows that experienced referees are often busier and more in demand, while inexperienced referees are frequently overlooked. This can lead to new officials leaving the profession due to a lack of opportunities. TeamSink aims to engage these newer referees by offering them the chance to officiate scrimmages and non-sanctioned games, helping them build confidence and improve their game management skills.
