The tecalor App Legacy – easy operation of tecalor heat pumps (– Important: Only in your own home network, not from outside –)

Note: If you would like to control your heat pump outside of your home network, we recommend the "tecalor Home" app (only for tecalor heat pumps with the WPM system / WPM 4 controller).

Feeling good has never been so easy. With the tecalor App Legacy you can intuitively set your desired temperature for your tecalor heat pump in your home network. You can easily control your heating, cooling and the temperature of your hot water via your smartphone – whenever you want.

You want us to deliver. With individually adjustable time programs, we regulate your moments of well-being in your home. Are you going on vacation or want to live a particularly environmentally conscious life without sacrificing comfort? We have prepared “scenes” for you in your tecalor app with which you can regulate the heat and hot water requirements in your home when you don’t need it. This reduces your energy consumption.

===What requirements apply to using the app? Which systems are compatible?

Operating the system with the tecalor app Legacy is currently only possible in your home network.

The tecalor App Legacy works in conjunction with systems and controllers (tecalor heat pump manager) of the latest generation. In addition, it has limited downward compatibility with other systems and controllers. The prerequisite is that the system is connected to the Internet via the tecalor “Internet Service Gateway” (ISG). The ISG must have the current software version. You must also register in the tecalor “Service World” in order to receive the necessary updates for the ISG.

It is currently not possible to use the tecalor App Legacy with simultaneous use of the tecalor EMI (“Energy Management Interface”) and a connection to a building automation system (KNX).
