**Requirements and compatibility:
The tecalor Home app is compatible with current central ventilation systems, heating heat pumps and hot water heat pumps from tecalor. An integrated tecalor Internet interface with the latest software version is required. If your system does not have a built-in or retrofitted Internet interface, you will need an external Internet Service Gateway (ISG) from tecalor with the latest software version.

**Important note: Simultaneous use of the tecalor Home app with the tecalor EMI ("Energy Management Interface"), the tecalor EM ("Energy Management") or a connection to a building automation system (e.g. KNX) is currently not possible.
