Super Admin
Super Admin will have all the rights that it can add Showroom manager, Department, Department wise manager, Executive and Receptionist. They can View Visitor Reports like department wise monthly and weekly. They can also check manager performance.

Showroom Manager
The showroom manager View Visitor Reports like department wise monthly and weekly. They can also check manager performance. There is no executive to attend the Visitor then the showroom manager will be notified.

Department wise Manager
The Department Manager will Get it's under executive report. manager also get their Executive performance. Executive attend their visitor arrives if the executive does not Attend visitor then after 30 minute notifies the Manager.

Receptionist
iVisitor app serves as the receptionist and the security personnel - all rolled into one.
The receptionist will be able to add the visitor department wise.
It will see their report till it’s time limit.

Executive
The executive will be able to see the report of the visitor who has been attend to them. It will see their report till it’s time limit.
