A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Levelifts is a strength tracking app that will show you the relative level of each of your lifts, making is easy to see where you need to focus your efforts to address any imbalances. Log your workouts with Levelifts and you will get a detailed report of your progress as well as an updated summary of your lifting level for each of your exercises.
Workout logging is straightforward, just record the exercise you are performing, the number of reps and the weight you are lifting for each set. When you have completed your workout, the data are backed up remotely so you don't have to worry about losing your workout information.
On completing a workout, you are presented with a workout report. For each exercise you performed in your workout you will be shown your calculated 1-rep-max (1RM), your lifting level, and an indication on whether you have improved.
The summary screen provides an overview of your current level and calculated 1-rep-max in each of the exercises you have performed in your previous workouts. Your exercises are sorted by level so you can easily see where your strengths and weaknesses are.
By selecting exercises, you can track your progress over time.
You can search through your previous workouts.
Previous workouts may be reviewed showing the exercise, weight and reps performed in each set.
