Users, Ground personnel, Managers or Directors can easily send Support requests to their Relationship Managers and Technical Support Team at Aspire without resorting to Email or Phone calls. It’s easy to manage your issues on the go — anywhere and anytime. Feedback is in form of Test, Photos, Files, Voice, Video or Location etc. with complete tracking and live feedback.

This application will work both offline and online, with auto-push on Internet availability.

-Lodge Support Issues
You can report your issues to the Customer Support Team with full Multimedia capabilities: Send and receive photos, videos, documents, Voice Messages and Location.

-Manage Pending Issues:
You can view & edit your pending issues and a complete history, with filter options Store-wise

You can make the Customisation requests or features you would like to see in the new versions of your favourite application pool of Aspire Software.
