Dwell Malawi is a rental property listing app that allows users to upload information about their rental properties which includes monthly rentals, property images and a general property description. The app allows users to contact property owners in order to enquire more on their property listing via WhatsApp, email or phone calls if they’re interested.

Users of the app can search for rental properties by either district or area. They can also save their favourite property listings to easily find and view them later. In order to increase trust and authenticity of a property listing, the property owner can request their property listing to be verified by the Dwell Malawi team. After verification, the user will get a blue check mark on their property and their property will be listed under the “Featured” section of the app to promote it to more users.

To promote property listings, the user can request for a push notification to be sent out to users of the app to increase user engagement on their property listing.
