DIAFIT is the app aimed at diabetic patients being treated at specialized centers throughout Lombardy and is designed for:

‣ instruct the patient in a simple and effective way to correctly perform the assigned physical exercises.
‣ remember and encourage the daily physical activity planned.
‣ track the physical activities performed.
‣ allow the doctor and the team that has the patient under treatment to periodically check adherence to the prescribed physical activity and the progress achieved and adapt future activity accordingly.
