TecniSAD+ is an app developed for home service technicians at Hiraoka Imports.

With this app you can:

? Consult contract data: client, address, artifact, serial number and condition.
? Attach photos from the gallery or take new ones with the camera.
?️ Write technical comments with voice dictation support.
? Open Google Maps directly from the app to locate the client.
? Generate technical PDF with contract data, observations, opening hours and images.
? Register start and end times of service.
? Send alerts to the office such as: Rescheduling, Quality control, Credit note, among others.
? Send alerts or comments that the office can review.
? Consult previous SADs and their history.
? Upload all information to Firebase Storage and Firestore to keep it synchronized in real time.

This application requires access to the camera, microphone and storage to correctly capture and record the technical information for each service.
