The application is a ticketing tool. After your publish your customer care number, the leads or grievances that the customers raise by calling the publicized number are registered on a ticket ID. The ticket ID and the grievance report or the lead report is accessible to the sales and the customer support team using this mobile application. All sales and support executive would be able to contact the customer directly to understand requirements and resolve queries. A separate web based dashboard would also be provided to access the MIS related to the leads and complaints.
