Beyond just gathering basic contact details, exhibitors can enhance the scanned contact by adding 10 Customizable dropdown questions to their account. Additionally, exhibitors have the option to add supplementary notes for better context or reminders.
Once all the necessary information and notes have been added, exhibitors can simply click 'Save'. All the scanned leads can then be conveniently accessed later through the dedicated leads retrieval web portal. This portal provides exhibitors with a centralized location to review and manage their leads, ensuring that no potential connections are missed after the event.
