Wago uses satellite images and weather data to calculate the water balance of a plot.
This balance is provided to the farmer throughout the agricultural season and allows him to adapt the water supply to his crops as precisely as possible, but also allows him to visualize the state of development of the plant on an intra-plot scale.
Only five pieces of information are required to start monitoring the plot: location, crop, soil type, irrigation type and sowing date. Wago updates daily weather observations and forecasts and processes satellite imagery (the images come from the Sentinel 2 satellites of the European Copernicus program).
