GForm Browser allows you to open and fill Google Forms, and Google Forms only. It's developed for instances in which the Internet Browsing maybe disabled for various reasons, but you want to access Google Forms.

Ideally to be used on educational devices (e.g. tablets) given to children by schools, in which the Internet Browsing is disabled (through regulation) by restricting the install of browser applications, but they want to give them access to Google Forms, as the service is important in many educational and classroom activities.
