The test consists of 440 presented in the qualification assessment tool Chief project engineer (specialist in the organization of architectural and construction design) (level 7 qualification) and is a simulator for preparing for the theoretical stage of passing an independent qualification assessment (IQA).

A certificate of successful completion of the NOC from January 1, 2023 is a prerequisite for confirming the qualification of a Specialist in the organization of architectural and construction design in the National Register of Specialists NOPRIZ (NRS NOPRIZ)
