PLN has now made several changes in the form of electricity services to consumers. In addition to what has been running under the postpaid model, PLN is currently promoting a new installation with a prepaid model with a token system. All of these services are part of a form of service improvement to consumers throughout Indonesia.

Each PLN customer has an ID as the customer's identity that contains customer data, the type of electrical power subscribed. With a number of 11 to 13 digits, of course the PLN ID is very difficult to memorize. Then how do you check the most accurate PLN ID?

For prepaid and postpaid PLN customers, in principle the same ID check method. This means that the method to be used is the same to check the ID. One way is to look at the ID listed on the PLN meter. Besides that, you can also look at the PLN payment receipt either directly to the PLN counter or via ATM. Because every payment transaction will definitely include a customer id so that billing data can be raised.
