Flappy Duck is a mobile side-scrolling game where the goal is to take the duck as far as possible without touching the pipes.

The goal is to steer a flying duck, named "Ducky", which moves continuously to the right, between sets of Mario-style pipes. If the player touches the pipes, he loses.

Ducky briefly flaps his wings upward each time the player taps the screen; if the screen is not tapped, Ducky falls due to gravity; each pair of pipes he navigates between earns the player a single point, with medals awarded for the score at the end of the game.

No medals are awarded for scores below ten. A bronze medal is awarded for scores between ten and twenty. To receive the silver medal, the player must score twenty points.

The gold medal is awarded to those who reach at least thirty points. Players scoring forty or more receive a platinum medal.

There is no variation or evolution of the game throughout the game, as the pipes always have the same distance between them and there is no end to the race track, having as a reward only the sounds of clapping and ding and the rising score.
