I am Karim THARWAT: coach specializing in the training and preparation of footballers.
I started out playing football in the Paris region in different clubs, then had the privilege and immense pleasure of coaching several youth teams.
I was also able to train myself in all aspects of training, whether in practice or in theory: on myself or on others.

I decided a few years ago to focus on the individual approach, and to be able to pass on the resources that I would have liked to have as a player.
So it went through the writing of my book "Footballer training", or my various and varied advice that a lot of players have benefited from on and off the pitch.
My goal today is to develop complete players who are as comfortable technically, physically, tactically or mentally.

So I give importance to sometimes forgotten aspects like tactics and mind, which are ESSENTIAL at the high level.
