The Lift Weighter is a cutting edge mobile app for managing the economics of a workout. By using a one of a kind proprietary tracking method, it provides weightlifters with a means of teaching themselves how to fine tune their workouts. BYO - Build your own workout. Here, you have the ability to build comprehensive workouts spanning 1 week to 1 year
Statistics - a detailed view of the impact your workouts are having.
Rep Tracking - This feature is exclusive to The Lift Weighter. At the completion of your workout, you will be able to see how many reps each muscle group has received and whether it was a primary or secondary mover. This will allow the user to manage their overall volume in a brand new way.
1RM Tracking - Monitor your progress to get stronger. With dozens of exercises to choose from you can enter your 1RM and use that to dial in your intensity by selecting the % you want to be to either build endurance, get bigger, get stronger or all 3.
Lift Tracking - See which exercises you are doing and which exercises you’re not. See what average intensity you're using on those lifts.
