Select the ingredient type from the pulldown, the 'from' and 'to' scales using the radio buttons, and the amount of the 'from' scale in the text field. The 'to' measurement updates as you type.

Operational for light and dark themes, portrait mode, and landscape mode. Scrolling is provided if needed.
