The Θwɔŋjäŋ-16 Keyboard is a Dinka language keyboard for Android phones, with plans for availability on Apple phones soon. In 2016, Aleu Majok Aleu and I agreed to make changes to the Dinka_letter set and spelling to create a more concise, consistent, and phonetically accurate written form.
*One Sound - One Letter Principle*
We introduced the characters "θ," "ð," "ṅ," and "ñ" to replace "th," "dh," "nh," and "ny," respectively.
*Autocorrect Feature*
1. Where "i" is pronounced as "y," as in "lieed," it is automatically changed to "lyeed."
2. Where "u" is pronounced as "w," as in "aluad," it is automatically changed to "alwad."
3. If a "p," "θ," "t," "c," or "k" is the final letter in a word, it is replaced with "b," "ð," "d," "j," or "g."
