Smart Presence application for the City of Tidore Islands which has been integrated with the State Civil Apparatus Information System Owned by the Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development Agency for the City Government of Tidore Islands

The Tidore Islands City Smart Presence application is used in the framework of evaluating and monitoring the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus in the Tidore Islands City Government based on GPS and Biometrics. Functions that can be performed include:
1. Presence Online is connected to the internet network to a server based on location and face
2. Offline presence without being connected to an internet network based on location and face
3. Presence of Attendance at Events, Activities and Calls
