SIMPAY
Philosophically it means binding (Sundanese language: Pameungkeut) the relationship between Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Sukapura and customers. An android-based application containing a Customer Service Management Information System (Acronym from SIMPAY) which aims to facilitate registration as a new customer, report independent water meters, check bills, check customer history, service interruption information, and customer complaints. In the future, it can be used for online payments (SimPAY).
