TL Collect Application is used to facilitate an easier repayment journey for customer's of Think and Learn PVT LTD(BYJU'S). The application guides the field Agents of BYJUS to collect Nach Mandates and any subscription charges in person from the customer. The application gives provision for creating tickets for end-to end customer grievance redressal.
