1. Purpose

Massage and acupressure are a profession that is currently providing stable work for thousands of visually impaired people. Accordingly, blind people participating in this profession must record daily arising data such as the number of guests of the establishment, the number of guests of each employee, the revenue and expenditure of the establishment.
However, so far, there has been no application that can properly assist the visually impaired in taking notes, making a seemingly simple task sometimes difficult. Realizing that, our team decided to embark on creating a specialized application to support recording in the nursing profession specifically for facility owners and visually impaired employees. With this application, visually impaired people can store data, manage the number of visitors, and manage revenue and expenditure of their establishment easier than ever.

2. How it works

To use this application, the phone must have an internet connection and the user must create an account on the application. All data entered into the application is stored online and offline.

3. Main Functions

After creating an account and successfully logging in, users can use all the functions of the application. The main functions include:

3.1 Adding an employee:
With the function of adding an employee, the user activates the option box, located in the upper right corner of the screen. In the Options box there are functional items as follows:
A Change user information such as: change full name, year of birth, address, phone number....
B Software User Manual
C Add employee: with this function, users update information about their employees such as: full name, phone number, then press the save button, employee data will be saved into the system. .
D Forum: Users can connect directly with the administrator to find out more information.
E Sign out of the application.
F Check for updates of the application.
G Lockout: Users can lock the facility's data at the end of the working day. Note, after locking the data, the user will not be able to change the information.
3.2 Save the number of guests of an employee for the selected day
With this function, the user will enter the employee's guest number in the data entry box on the homepage, then click on the corresponding employee's name. When the user saves the employee's guest number, the employee will receive a system notification if the employee's phone is installed with the application.
3.3 View the details of the employee's number of visitors in the selected day or view the employee's visitor statistics in the selected month: The user presses and holds the employee's name displayed on the homepage, the system will provide the Use employee data such as: total number of guests in the month, number of guests of each day of the month. Besides viewing the employee's guest statistics, users can use the delete function of an employee when activating the delete button, located in the lower left corner of the screen.
3.4 Save revenue and expenditure in the selected day: To save revenue or expenditure, the user enters the corresponding amount in the data input box on the homepage, then clicks the corresponding revenue or expenditure button to store the data into the system.
3.5 View detailed statistics of savings and expenditures and revenues in the selected day or month: To view the details of the revenue and expenditure statistics, the user activates the Current collection and expenditure box located in the lower left corner of the homepage.
3.6 Save a written note- Delete a saved note: To save a stay, the user activates the Residency box, then enters the content of the stay and then presses the submit button. To delete a saved record, the user long press on the content of the stay.
3.7 Allow staff to track their guest count by employee code: User can allow employee to track employee's guest count, through the employee's code provided by the system.
3.8 Automatically statistics guest data by day, month, year
