You can send the watch score to the leaderboards. To do this, play with the watch and before touch "Submit" with your best score, follow these steps:
1- Watch & mobile must be linked.
2- Open the mobile app / game.
3- Go to the high score section.
4- Make "sign in" in Leaderboards.
5- Touch submit on the watch

You can already know who have the best score from a Wear OS watch!
