Attendance Board is a complete mobile attendance solution. Employees can register daily attendance with selfie & GPS location data. And Admin can easily download daily or monthly attendance reports of employees.

This is the Admin or Manager app used to create company, manage employees, add offices and download reports. After setting up company profile and adding employees, Ask employees to download Attendance Board: Employee | People app for punching daily attendance using selfie and realtime GPS location.

With "Admin" app you can:

★ Create Employee Profiles
Enter basic details of employees to create new employee profiles. Assign roles, office, shift, manager etc and restrict attendance punching based on location or device ID.
Note: Provide login credentials to employees for using Attendance Board: Employee | People app.

★ Add Office Geo Fences
Locate office premises on map and create geo fences. This will allow location based attendance punching restriction. Employees with Office Geo fence lock enabled can only punch attendance when they are physically inside the geo fence.

★ Add Work Shifts
Setup company work shifts with fixed or variable timings & timezone. Define minimum time for half day attendance and minimum time for full day attendance.

★ Add Company Holidays
Add yearly repeating, weekly repeating and single occurrence holidays. With well thought out design, You can make complex patterns of repeating holidays with ease.

★ Generate & Download Attendance Report
In a few clicks generate attendance report with all relevant data including number of working days, full day present, half day present, holidays, days on leave, total worked hours, overtime, deficiency etc. Download attendance reports in CSV format.

★ Respond to Leave Requests
Employees can request leave from Attendance Board: Employee | People app. Admin app can easily respond to these requests with "Approve" or "Reject" status and can add a text message along with the response.

★ Start Bluetooth Punching Station
If employees are located within bluetooth range of Admin, Then Admin can start Admin BLE Station and employees can punch their attendance without location verification.

★ Employee Work Calendar
Easily view employee punch in and punch out daily history with timings, selfies, location data etc using Work Calendar. Smartly navigate through calendar to view where your employees were on a particular date and how long they worked.

Q: Can Admin punch attendance using this app?
A: No. Admin should create an employee profile with his/her data.
Note: Should not use same email and phone number associated with Admin account.

Q: Can employees with Manager role use this application?
A: No. There is manager console in Attendance Board: People | Employee app.
