The word "sunnah" is used to describe the lifestyle and teachings of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). The Sunnah, along with the Qur'an, is a guide for leading a productive and successful life for Muslims at all times. However, sometimes we neglect the sunnah and look for advice to improve our personal qualities "on the side", ignoring the advice that the Prophet (peace be upon him) left us. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever revived my Sunnah, he loved me. And whoever has loved me will be with me in Paradise. " (Tirmidhi)
