Enter the 24th District, a man-made island within Tokyo Bay. Three of its residents: Shota, Ran, and Koki, have been close friends since childhood, but after a fatal accident, everything changes. A year later, they are reunited for the first time, and receive a mysterious phone call. On the flip side, there's a familiar voice from a friend who's supposed to be dead. Together, they will have to save their home.
