With the help of the call center, people with hearing impairment can contact doctors, public administration and all public institutions. The call center operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It is accessible only to registered users, and allows communication via video call, chat, e-mail and SMS messages.
The activities of the call center for people with hearing impairment are carried out by the Association of Interpreters for Slovenian Sign Language. The call center has been operating continuously since 2009.
