Change the language order
You can have the audiobook play each sentence first in your current language, and then in your target language. That way when you hear a sentence in your target language, you already know what it means. This will help you start to recognize works, phrases, and sentence structures.
Or have it play in your target language first. You can try to understand the sentence as it plays, and then hear it in your current language to confirm or correct your understanding. This is great for more advanced users.
