This is one of the most stunning phenomena of the avifauna world -- thousands of birds flock to form spontaneous patterns in the sky!

FreeFlying is an APP that tries to simulate bird flocks flying and see if any murmuration phenomenon would emerge through a simple flying rule of individual birds.

The first version of FreeFlying has two different flying rules: the Following rule and Avoid Collision rule. You can change the rule by touching the screen to call up the settings page. Other settings include the bird count, refresh rate (speed), safe space and some display configurations.
