The application provides the authorized users of DeskAlerts system with the ability to send out pre-defined alerts to the specified departments of their organization, effectively reducing the time needed to deliver messages in emergency situations. It is compatible with the DeskAlerts servers hosted internally in the company, as well as with those in the cloud.
