Malaysia Day is a Public Holiday held on 16 September every year to commemorate the establishment of the Malaysian federation on the same date in 1963.

The holiday commemorates the union of the existing states of Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak to form the federation of Malaysia.

The most interesting activity is the Eve of Malaysia Day, 15th September where concerts are being organized in all states and sharp at 12.00 midnight, there will be fireworks!
