The Pedometr mobile application calculates energy consumption and the amount of energy burned based on the formula for calculating calories burned while walking, created in 2010 by scientists from Dallas (USA) based on the analysis of statistical data from 1960 to 2010. By answering a few questions, you will get the following results:
- Energy consumption measured in kcal/min
- Total calories burned
- Walking speed was in km/h
- Your average stride length
- Number of steps
The application was developed by the Innovation Center of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.
