Athletic Performance Coaching is the next level up in Online fitness. Built on the methods of Performance Coach, Jay Close, aim to educate members in fitness and provide them with the tools necessary to reach and sustain their fitness goals.

In-App benefits include: a vast library of educational and instructional videos, personalised exercise programs, a daily step count (which migrates with the Health app to access your daily step, if you choose), body stats recording, photo evidence of transformation progress. You can also access personalised challenges to keep you motivated.

It is linked with evolutionNutrition ® app that can be offered within your training package, hundreds of recipes, a meal planner, and bespoke eating plans that work towards your own goals.

Jay Close Fitness is free to download. I personally support and encourage you, aiding the effort required for your goals….. , ALL from within the App.
