I’m so glad you’ve found me. I can help. I’m going through the menopause early. When I first noticed symptoms, I wanted to make sure that I was as healthy as possible to meet them head on. Easier said than done when there just wasn’t much help or advice around. Devouring anything I could find on the subject, I studied to be a Personal Trainer, and then a certified Menopause Coach. I coach women through all stages of menopause and beyond. It’s my privilege to use my expertise to equip women facing health challenges such as surgical menopause, breast-cancer rehabilitation and PCOS so they can live longer and live stronger.
