Follow your plan completely for the first two weeks to help your metabolism recalibrate and your body begin to respond.

Log your meals and workouts directly inside the app. Submit your check-in weekly and your full progress review every two weeks. Stay consistent for your first fourteen days. This helps your metabolism reset and prepares you for the week 3 "awakening" when your body begins to visibly respond inside AND out! Celebrate progress every day.
