Triad HealthCare Network (THN) is a provider-led collaboration between community physicians and Cone Health organized to improve healthcare in the Triad.

THN creates greater collaboration and trust among physicians, hospitals, patients and payers to better coordinate quality improvement efforts using evidence-based quality measures. THN reports its performance outcomes to the community and other key stakeholders annually in a fully transparent manner.

This value-based, multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach helps Network physicians and the Health System innovate and improve healthcare delivery through clinical integration.
