Care Connect is a HIPAA-compliant mobile application for ShareTek Coaches that allows for enhanced communication and real-time notifications via text, email, and voice calls. The platform was designed with technical safeguards in place to protect personal health information using Amazon Web Services. This innovative tool helps our Coaches connect daily to promote recovery, enhance hope and social networking through role modeling and activation with our clients. Coaches are accessible through this application 24/7 that tracks every client engagement, progress and outcomes while also assisting our clients through education, empowerment and support in navigating their continuing care in recovery.
