As a part of organization requirements, one of the key objectives for admins is to have clear visibility of their employees' whereabouts across their different job locations at any point of time during working hours. To achieve this admin requires real-time tracking of their employees during working hours, to ensure staff is present at the approved locations.
At the same time, the employee(user) is also required to notify their location in real-time to his respective supervisor.
To achieve this, it requires the app to capture the location data of staff during their office hours even when the staff is not using the app or the app is in the background.
This feature is only enabled based on organization requirements only for the relevant customers, who require tracking of employees and after taking explicit consent from the user in the app. It starts fetching the location information only when the user punches in and stops tracking when the user punches out.
