CheckVN is a software included in the invention of "Anti-counterfeiting authentication process", in order to protect the interests of genuine consumers and manufacturers.
CheckVN has the following functions:
- Verify that the goods consumers are checking are genuine or not.
- Show authentication history.
- Authentication instructions.
- Connect to the portal of genuine goods (Perform the annual task of "Protecting the brand of Vietnamese goods" on a national scale. Consumers download the CheckVN application to their SmartPhone and verify whether the product or goods are genuine or not, through the authentication stamp affixed on the product or goods. Through the camera, consumers scan the authentication stamp to get accurate information about the product.
CheckVN will display information about products committed by the manufacturer through the first authentication layer.
After knowing the information that the manufacturer commits, the consumer scratches off the first layer of stamps to authenticate the second stamp layer. CheckVN will continue to support consumers to trace the origin of goods and respond immediately at the time of verifying the answers, products and goods consumers are checking to be genuine or not.
When verifying products, checkVN will notify consumers of the following information:
- "The product is not covered by the IDE's protection system!" If this product is not protected by the IDE, it means that the product is not genuine.
- "Product sold! Please check again "is the case that the product has been sold before, the consumer double-checks the product ownership information such as the authentication time, the owner of the product. If the consumer scratches off the emulsion to verify the code under the emulsion for the first time, the system replies “Product sold ! Please check again " and the displayed authentication time does not coincide with the time the consumer authenticates, the product the consumer is checking is a non-genuine product.
- Display product information if the product the consumer is checking is in the IDE's protection system.
- Display the sign "THV ” (Proud of Vietnamese product brand) with the message "The product is protected by IDE!" means that the product consumers are authenticating is a genuine product because the manufacturer registers to protect the product's trademark in the "Anti-counterfeiting authentication process".
In addition, consumers can continuously access information about the manufacturer or supplier by links to YouTobe or the manufacturer's and supplier's website.
