Powered by TryCycle, OSIC is a free, connected health platform for Canadian Forces veterans, current members, and RCMP. The OSIC App enables a confidential weekly check-in process, allowing clients to share information about the services they require, and submit self-reported health assessments to identify changes in their their overall mental health.

OSIC is available in select clinics, for clients receiving or awaiting services for operational stress injuries. This includes posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), other anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and other conditions that may interfere with daily functioning.

How It Works

By invitation only, OSIC clients register their username and password to begin using the OSIC App

Weekly reminders prompt clients to submit their check-in and health assessment

Data is submitted in real-time to authorized clinicians and OSIC staff, to evaluate and determine if a follow-up call or services are required

OSIC is not intended for medical emergencies or crisis management.

OSIC is not a diagnostic service and will not provide results to clients.
