The application Memorandum is intended to transporters goods to the port of Cagliari and operators ATI. It allows you to make reservations boarding semitrailers containing goods to be loaded.

Through authentication, Memorandum identifies the type of user and allows the carrier or operator of ATI do the following:
-prenotare port access
-Consult all bookings made before an operator ATI
-view all bookings boarding unconfirmed relating to day
-view all bookings boarding unconfirmed unlimited day
-seek a reservation based on the license plate of the semi-trailer to be loaded
-confirm or reject the reservation

The application requires an internet connection to use.
