The F&M (Facility and Maintenance) App aims to plan the assessment procedures, schedule the visits, monitor progress and manage job order requests for equipment, machinery, facilities and IT-related substances.
It enables Company to accomplish maintenance activities by recording, verifying, validating and monitoring timelines of all the tasks involved in sustaining TUBI as an organization. This will track functional checks, servicing, repairing or replacing of spare parts. It includes PM (Preventive Maintenance) request that focus on various cost-effective practices aimed at keeping equipment operational. These activities occur before a potential failure.
The App comprises Job order request, Open and Closed Tickets, Recommendation, Compliance monitoring and maintenance work status and updates on a specific task to comply with TUBI Core Values.
