The rules are a little tricky, but once they are mastered nothing can stop you from solving more and more puzzles...

Read the rules carefully:
- Set a color for each arrow by clicking it.
- The number in each white arrow must be equal to the number of white arrows it points to.
- The number in each black arrow must not be equal to the number of white arrows it points to.
