Shipping methods from Turkey all around the world:
1) Using Express Shipping international postal services like TNT, DHL, UPS. Approximate shipping time is 4-6 days.
2) Turkish Postal Service PTT is the second common shipping method. Ground shipping and shipping by plane time usually are almost the same, about 7-15 days.
3) Shipping with cargo companies
You always can choose your preferred shipping company with location in Istanbul, and we will send your order with it.
About Payment methods:
We accept payments to our Turkish bank account or using international send-money services like WorldRemit, Western Union, Unistream, MoneyGram, PayPal, etc.
Note that there is no instant payment in our application after you create the order. We will contact with you by email, phone or other messengers to find out most convenient payment and shipping methods depending on your country and location.
After this you should make some prepayment from 30% to 100% of order total. And we start to collect your order in our warehouse. Usually it takes 1-3 business days.
If some order items are not available we will propose you other similar items as a replacement or will minus its price from final bill.
After collecting your order items from different manufacturers in our warehouse, we will send to your email the final bill.
After making the final payment we will sent your order to destination country with confirmed shipping company.
